Prepare the Gear
Carefully pack your surfboard or accessories in the original protective packaging, ensuring all fins and leashes are included if applicable.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the gear for damage, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
